Berserk was a freaking wicked anime, unfortunately it ended really quickly. The manga is still running and is still awesome, but i would really like to see the rest as anime.

Manga: Dear Myself and Antique Bakery. While the endings chosen were good, I still wanted more. They's so cute! X3
Anime: Descendants of Darkness is the major one. The anime skipped around majorly and cut out some of the cool manga scenes and then just dropped off at a very lame ending that's only vol. 8 of the manga. I believe the manga is unfinished as well, but that doesn't bother me as much since I haven't read them all yet. XP

Full Metal Alchemist was THE BEST!!!! But it only has 50 episodes and the ending is pretty good...
For anime:
Inuyasha- has no ending
Loveless- has no ending
Escaflowne- didn't like the ending
Outlaw Star- should of kept going
Trinity Blood- didn't like the ending
There's many many more, but those are the ones that really stick out in my head. I love them all even so . :) All are even on my top list. :) I love anime and manga!
Rurouni Kenshin, the anime, in my opinion, had a terrible ending. It was such a good series, but the end was so not satisfying. That happens a lot in anime, there are a lot of half endings. That, and the ending to the anime of Ranma 1/2.

Inuyasha....the anime was cancled so they never got to the ending.....
