I don't know of any places in Hornsby that sells manga, but the only place in Australia that I know of that even sells Japanese stuff is books Kinokuniya:

Though I must say it's a waste of money buying new manga. You can look on eBay for second hand copies but even better if you have a http://www.mangadownload.net/ account you can download them (if you donate). Donation allows you to access the 'private' section.
