If you're going to draw character designs, try and make them full colour rather than medium or head shots. From what I can see you've got a good handle on anatomy and there's a nice sense of expression on the character faces.
It's also worth doing both black and white and colour sketches for a character -- that way the editor can compare and perhaps suggest alternatives.
Character designs also work better if they show someone "in action" as well as simply posing.

Wel.. you're off to a good start, but u should try to make the antagonist, a little more antagonisty. If you know wat I mean. Thing you should try are: Narrowing the eyes
When you draw some rough sketches, try to draw the whole body for a reference. XD lol sometimes u makes changes
But all in all, It's good ^^

Masami and Kinfuyu look the same. You'd have to make them with different hair color, like one green and one purple. Or maybe one of them is a robot. I look forward to more of your work.

I think that, except for their hair, they all look remarkably alike, but the basic model is quite good. Why are you calling them manga characters? Obviously, they have never appeared in any manga and, since you are gaijin, they likely never will.
