She is the most original Titan both in terms of power and personality. Half of the others are based on an adult version and we've seen plenty of shape changers before. Cyborg and Starfire are the only other original characters, but Raven's dark attitude is more appealing to me.
Out of all of the characters who have ever belonged to the Teen Titans in any of its many incarnations, I've always liked Lilith, who has minor psi-powers, the best. Unfortunately, she has seldom shown up since Marv Wolfman created the most successful version of the Titans.
If you are only asking about the cartoon version, which I thought was poor, I'd have to pick Cyborg because he suffered the least making the transition from printed page to pixiles.
I prefer Raven, her powers are totally amazing. Plus her ability to travel by shadow, and her clothes are awesome!
I cast my vote for Raven. Or maybe it's that I always fall for the dark, mysterious types, or because her favorite color, like mine, is blue.
In any case, I agree with Patrick; she DOES differ more from her original grown-up character than anybody else; her story is the type that unfolds off and on through the series. I like that about her as well. (It reminds me of anime, the character's-history-drawn-out-sorta thing.) I also think her powers ROCK! Even the part about her being a portal to Armageddon (or something like that?). The botom line is, she's aweseome.

Starfire, because she is so kind and very funny.
Raven...she is pretty cool, and she is more quiet than the rest...she is dark and mysterious, and can be emo sometimes, and likes to be alone, that's my kind of person I sort of am! She rocks, her powers are meditating and moving things...it's soooo cool!
