If you mean season 3, there isn't any. There's a 3 part OVA instead. You can find it on youtube.com. It's called Tokyo Revelations, and it's already subbed into english. It's also available on many sites to download.
By the way, episodes 44- 52 of the anime were fillers. The OVA starts right after they leave Rekord country, which is the world where Syaoran finds the book that shows Kurogane's childhood.
After you watch the OVA, continue the story with chapter 136 of the manga- which is Infinity Country. Interesting, important things happen in this country. After Infinity, comes Celes (Fai's home world) and then Kurogane's home world.
