It was based on an eroge visual novel (pretty much a hentai computer game), however while there is ecchi in the anime (some nudity, panty shots, clevage, etc), it isn't considered to be a hentai as there isn't any sex in it.
in the series there no hentai scenes only in the game... im downloading its complete series right now...^^,
