Manga or Anime which do you prefer?!

I started Ichigo 100% a few days ago and I like it a lot.
I would have never know of it if it wasn't for Chu_4_Lyfe I started reading it because he said to on one of his questions so I decided to check it out.

cuz if i read manga.. i wont watch the anime..
and if i watch the anime.. i wont read it..
since i pretty much know what's gonna happen..

after 53th and 54th of shippuden.. i read some of the new chapters that came out for manga.. lol
i guess i watch anime when i dont have anything to read or when i'm bored..
I like anime more but manga is quite good too...
I'm currently reading 07 ghost, ouran high school host club and nodame cantabile.
Honestly, I prefer manga above anime too. Anime takes the same amount of time for everyone and I HATE IT! lol. I mean, I do enjoy watching anime and stuff, but lately manga is what really makes me happy. lol.
Recently, I have started about two anime series. First one is, Gantz. It is soo horror-filled I JUST LOVE IT! lol. And I am about to finish Detective Academy Q and start Detective Conan.
And now on to the mangas. I have started and finished sooo many series this past weekend. Boku Ni Natta Watashi [finished.] Alive! [finished] Change 123 [finished]

Generally speaking I prefer manga over Anime. But there are major exceptions:
-If the Anime came first , & the manga followed. Which usually happens if the series was based on books.
Ex: Full Metal Panic series, & The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi
-Certain comedy series which depend heavily on the animated expressions, & sounds.
Ex: Yakitate! Japan (cooking bread comedy).

i like the anime because of the fight seens only but i mostly like manga because u dont have to wait for fillers to end and its faster than the anime.

I like the manga, but if I don't understand something I like to watch the anime just to clear it up. Plus, the anime's colorful x] So I guess for me it's both.

Both... alot.... um... but if I had to choose... it would be manga.
Why? Because manga continues....
Take Hajime no Ippo for example.The anime ends at like ep 87.... but the manga is currently at chapter 807. HUGE difference!

But actually it depends on what type it is. I'm fond of Shonen in anime because it gets kind of confusing in the fighting scenes (in manga) while I like Shojo in manga because there are more pages in one chapter and somehow it is drawn better that way.
It also depends on my mood, but also depends on time. The manga storyline are usually way ahead of the anime, so I choose manga for that. The information is much more detailed in manga too so maybe that's why I like manga better -_-'

after you read the manga the anime kinda doesn't feel right because you know what's going to happen or .............what's suppose to happen

But I usually don't compare animes with mangas unless the anime went off the story.
Like what Konata Izumi [from Lucky star] said,
"Animes, Mangas, and live actions are from totally different worlds so you are not suppose to compare them, but you should enjoy every detail and differences!"
