Once again I have to go back to my boy, Rotton the Wizard from Black Lagoon. He was simply awesome. Had a great character introduction, and seemed like he was going to be this badass that needed to be overcome. However, when we actually see him meet Revy, lolz insued.

Edit: Rotton seems to be a different kind of pathetic than what other people are mentioning here. Rotton is really just ridiculously anti-climatic, whereas Shinji is truely a pathetic character.

The Characters i'm thinking about tat they have really tiny roles in Animes they are in are Tenten mostly & the Ice girl from Rosario to Vampire both almost are either absent or don't really talk much.
