Don't know a website but the entire first season is available on DVD from Funimation plus the OVA will be released on 6/17 in the US.
well i go to Veoh.com just type in Eng Dub when searching
veoh and click languages then spoken then click english
Type in in on www.google.com in video section and you can chose what website
English dubs are a hard thing to find on-line. Usually if it's dubbed it's been picked up by a US company, which means it's now copy written and would be illegal to distribute without permission. There are some Canadian based groups that put English dubs out but I haven't been able to find a site that last longer then a few weeks. So it might be easier to just buy the DVD or get use to reading sub titles.
