Question: Unlike the others I disagree... I think Sakura would have a strong chance to kick Sasuke's butt... Let's think about it; if Sasuke didn't have the Sharingan, he could use Chidori... that was actually Kakashi's problem when he was a kid; Chidori is a high speed jutsu and you need to have powerful eyes in order to see where you are aiming... That's why if it wasn't for Obito's sharingan, Kakashi wouldn't have been able to keep on using that technique...
And the same happens with every high-speed techinique he has... it wouldn't be possible (or at least as easier), to do them 'cus he wouldn't be able to see them...
And Sakura would only need just one blow... with only one she strikes him and he'd get a couple of broken bones...
He might have a great katana, great powers, great body and everything; but without those eyes he wouldn't be such a genious...

It is possible, cuz Sakura doesn't have sharingan, and if sasuke doesn't posses it, it can be possible.
Sasuke is powerful in part cuz he possess the sharingan.
It will be easier, but can she beat him? I doubt it.
Sasuke still knows how to handle his Chidori and katana, as well as his ninjutsu and taijutsu's he's learned from Orochimaru and Kabuto.
Sasuke has the Kusanagi and a wide array of jutsus, including the Chidori and his ability to manipulate it, and his fire ninjutsu. Not only that, but he has the power of the Cursed Seal. While Sakura is mainly strength, and medical jutsu oriented. It's very similar to comparing their masters to each other, Tsunade and Orochimaru. I believe that Sasuke would win even without the Sharingan. Through recent chapters we've seen Sasuke finally reach his goal of beating his brother, while Sakura too defeated a member of Akatsuki, Itachi and Sasori were at two different levels. I feel, that if both were in peak condition, Sasuke would completely dominate the fight.
Well, Sasuke doesn't only have the Sharingan that makes him strong. Its not his "cheat sheet". Sasuke mastered the Chidori and actually created a Chidori that runs through his whole body. The electricity runs through his whole body, which acts as a defense mechanism and makes his katakana sharper. He also know various types of Fire Ninjutsu. Sakura could knock Sasuke out in one or two punches but, as seen in one of the Shippuuden episodes, his speed got increased greatly. Sakura is not much of a speedy character, but she can heal herself if she gets hit (but that also takes away lots of chakra). She is more of a Taijutsu user and doesn't know much Ninjutsu.
Simple answer is - No, Sakura still would have a VERY hard time facing Sasuke. Sasuke would win.
[edit] Malola ~ In Kakashi Gaiden, Kakashi DID use the Chidori even without the Sharingan. The Sharingan just increased his chance of getting a direct hit on an opponent. Sasuke could do the same. And even without the Sharingan Kakashi is still a genius. So I'm sure even without the Sharingan Sasuke is strong. Do you think Sakura could punch Sasuke that easily? He got much more faster in Shippuuden that Sakura and the others didn't even see (the episode where they encounter each other for the frist time in two and a half years)
