Yu Yu Hakusho is an older anime but its still great! its no longer continuing (der) but it has 112 episodes. It has romance and action (a lot of action). its my favorite anime.
i give it a 10 out of 10!

Rurouni Kenshin, definitely. 95 episodes. [although i guess if you don't like filler episodes, this wouldn't be your first choice]
Also Yu Yu Hakusho. 115 (?) episodes.
