As of right now, no. You can sign a petition at http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/inuy...
that has been signed by over 15,000 people so far. The manga is getting near the end, so they may (small chance, but still a chance) try to bring it back, because they can pick up the story again now that they have new material to use. (The only reason they stopped the anime was because it caught up to the manga)
Inuyasha is over, there will be no new season.
There will be no new season. Inuyasha is done, but the manga is still going. There also might be a 5th Inuyasha movie.
