No, I don't think so. Not many of the Naruto characters have crushes because the show is shounen (intended for boys to watch) not shoujo. The only one I know of is Naruto/Hinata and Sasuke/Ino/Sakura (that was a long time ago though..Ino seems to have a crush on Sai xD). Tenten is pretty close with Neji and Lee. Tenten and Neji both train with each other a lot, especially when they were younger. I think they would make a great couple! ^^ And Lee likes Sakura. If Tenten does have feeling for Lee the show would get too dramatic..like a love triangle or something like that.

That means we don't know what her full potential is; so we can't say that she isn't good. And maybe she did develop a new jutsu or perfected her weaponry skills. There are just missing details that we don't know of.

i dont think it's ever confirmed that she likes anyone, but if she did, my guess would be neji. simply because he's on her team. and there is some great fan fiction about the two of them. lol.

If she does then it's not really known yet. I think she may admire and look up to both Neji and Lee but it has never been confirmed that she likes them more than friends. And I have to agree with you, she hardly ever get's any screen time and she needs to be on the show more! She's such an awesome character! :-P

There is one scene in episode 171 or 172 I think where you see all the Bishie sparkles around Lee ( and I thought to myself wow, someone likes Lee!!) and they show TenTen sitting on a log watching Lee, blushing slightly with a smile on her lips.

Ten Ten rarely gets screen time because she's not a great developing character in the series. I mean look at what she can do, she can summon any weapons from that scroll of hers, and that's about IT. Every other character in the series has developed some new Jutsu or has perfected their old one to make it look even better, but her she's gone no where. The only thing that she's done that was good for the anime was help Neji train, and that's IT. I'm not dissing her, I'm just stating the facts. ^_~
If anything, she probably has a crush on Sasuke, since every girl in that anime is in love with him or admires him. That's my bet, and if it's not Sasuke, then she probably has a crush on Neji. She helps him train and is always around him, I mean who wouldn't have a crush on him, he's a genius, and cute, and he has a really awesome bloodline trait. So I'm betting if she doesn't have a crush on Sasuke, then it would be Neji. ^_~
Her crush is Lee. She only trains with Neji al lot because her "perfect accuracy" technique was ideal for helping him test the limits of and gradually minimize the Byakugan blind spot.
