They aren't blood siblings. Nightcrawler is Mystique's son (whom she abandoned when he was a baby), and Rogue was a runaway that Mystique took in and basically treated like a foster daughter.

Comics shy away from announcing any character's age or birth date (since every thing's on a sliding time scale anyway), so there's no real, definitive answer to your question. But just from my years and years of reading comics, I would assume that Nightcrawler is a little older

In the movie Nightcrawler was, and if I remember the comic book he was a little older then she was though its been a long time. I'm pretty sure thats right....
