Good question. It could be Obito, Kakashi's long-gone friend, or Madara. I think it most likely Madara Uchiha because Tobi admitted to Sasuke that he's another of the Uchiha clan, plus not just anybody can obtain the Sharingan (Kakashi being a special case).
If that is true, I will eat egg yolks for a week.
