I don't know how to explain it very well, but I'll try.
Anyways, We learn that Rihito and Mikaru are Pantalassa(sp?) like Kaito, and that Mikeru and that Flame thingy/That One/Him are only pawns and Fuku is the true villain. The flame thingy "dies", exploding into thousands of little heart fragment things and Seira is finally born. Seira explains something about Mikeru's heart being lost and sad (IDK for sure cuz I don't speak Japanese well). We can hear Mikeru singing too.
Fuku says something to Mikeru about the Mermaid Princesses like he wants him to kill them but he doesn't listen and Fuku goes into super evilllll mode.
The mermaids sing Kibou no Kaneoto, or part of it Then Aqua Regina appears and sings the rest of the song with the mermaids. Mikaru and Mikeru finally realize that they are loved or something to that effect and they are able to find peace. Mikaru says goodbye to Kaito and Rihito and everyone else and she disappears with Mikeru.
Next scene, Everyone is on a cliff and Aqua Regina appears again, saying Mikaru's soul is still alive or something and performs the final miracle. Mikaru magically appears as a baby in Rihito's arms, and some more words are exchanged but I don't know what they said, and then it's over.
