1) Konoha's White Fang is also known as Hatake Sakumo --> in other words, he is Kakashi's father. What he looks like hasn't been shown yet.
2) No one knows what's under Kakashi's mask. In episode 101, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura tried to find out but they failed many times. Also, when Kakashi does have his mask off - his face is always covered with something whether it be a book, bedsheets, or even his hand. We have yet to see what Kakashi-sensei's real face looks like.
3) It's not an episode. It's called Kakashi Gaiden ---> which is a 6 chapter miniseries of the Naruto manga. It's featured in the manga chapter 239-244. It tells the story of a 13 year old Kakashi and how he got the Sharingan eye. 4) Yes, the Fourth Hokage is Naruto's father. This was revealed in chapter 367 of the manga -> his true name was finally disclosed as well, Namikaze Minato. Additionally we found out Naruto's mom was a ninja from the Whirlpool Village whos name was Uzumaki Kushina.
5) I don't remember an episode where Shino has removed his glasses at all. However --> there are many fan-art pictures that portray Shino without glasses such as this one: http://picasaweb.google.com/ingrid.costa...

2.Another mask. Though there is a video in YouTube that the duration is very long but it shows Kakashi's true face for about 2 minutes.

4.Yup. In the manga it has been revealed by Jiraiya and Tsunade. His mother's name is Uzumaki Kushina.
