Yes, though its never happened to me yet, I really would hate it.
Why not complain to Yahoo! if you're questions get deleted without an actual violation? I assume this deletion process is automated so if you point them in the right direction maybe something could be done about it... And it might be necessary that a lot of people do it at once.

Yes I get mad. I just got two of my answers reported! Someone is out to get me too, the person is going around thumbs downing all my answers.
