There are many others, but if I had to choose one from each series these characters are my top favorites in addition to the characters you already like.
I really love Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia. She reminds me of myself.
I also like almost all of the characters from Tales of the Abyss except Natalia and Anise.
