Well I've Never Watched Green Green B4...So I'd Have To Say Chobits. It was pretty good...
I think Green Green is funnier. But, I think Chobits is definitely a better anime.

Rule of thumb: anime based off a hentai game is equal to instant fail. Green Green TV follows that rule spot on. Kimi ga Nozomu Ein is the exception.
