This was where I downloaded Death Note episodes, this site uses mostly videos in rmbv format...

And like the first answerer mentioned, to download videos from veoh.com, you need to install veoh tv in your computer first... =)
err for veoh.com you could search for the episode of death note you want and click download options on the bottom right hand side, then it should direct you to download VeohTv which allows you to download videos.
you could also try mininova.org for torrents
