Pinoco!!! Pinoco from Black Jack. Because she's kinda cute and because Black Jack is the typical serious, twisted character, Pinoco cheers things up a bit.
I also like Riza Hawkeye from fullmetal alchemist...because she's loyal and totally in love with Colonel Mustang.

She's so random and funny, plus she knows Kenpachi like the palm of her hands (did tht make sense? :P)
