1. Ichigo's bankai takes a form unlike those of the other captains (and non-captains capable of the technique) because it looks like a normal katana but with all the enormous power compressed. Due to this he is able to move at a very fast speed and have faster reflexes.
2. Even the captain doesn't know the name of his own zanpakuto which is in constant release just like Ichigo's, so that hasn't been revealed yet.
3. Suzumushi's bankai is Enma Korogi.

1)Hey fellow members. I came about this theory on Ichigo's bankai. When he turns his sword into Bankai mode there is a chain on the handle. You can also evidently hear the chain rattle when he uses his sword's ability. Now, when Ichigo becomes Hollow Ichigo that chain is gone. You cannot even hear it. I think that chain resembles Ichigo almost turning into a Hollow during Urahara's training. You can see that the chain was ALMOST eaten away and he turned halfway into a Hollow but he still has Death God clothes. What I think was that when he is in normal Bankai form the chain is still there resembling he is a NOT a Hollow because Hollows do not have the soul link. But when he turns into Hollow Ichigo the chain is gone because he is a Hollow. This is just my theory about that chain in his Bankai and don't start a flame war because of it. :D

Kenpachi's sword hasn't been revealed so far even in the manga.

Enma Korogi, the ability of his bankai is setting up a field of darkness, which gives him the advantage. Well that's not only its ability of course.

1. As you can see, you noticed that Ichigo's sword is not so heavy unlike in his shikai.. The purpose on his bankai is to become faster and to make larger things smaller.. For more information, watch episode 57 or 58 to learn more about his bankai..
2. Based on the Bleach Shutters Blade 2 on the PS2.. Kenpachi is using like kinda skull.. I really dont know what it's purpose but I think he uses he's shikai occasionally since you know his crazy attitude.. Just watch episode 36-40 to know more about it..

The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

These spells are not explicitly stated to be in one category or the other.
White Crawl (白伏, hakufuku?)[24] — Momo Hinamori uses this spell while imprisoned to knock out a guard and destroy everything within a certain radius of herself. The anime suggests that it is a binding spell, but doesn't number it.
Mirror Door (鏡門, kyōmon?)[25] — Tōshirō Hitsugaya used this to seal Momo Hinamori's hospital room. It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside.
Reverse Demon (反鬼, hanki?)[26] — This technique nullifies an opponent's kidō by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō.
Kidō Cannon (鬼道砲, Kidōhō?) — As the name suggests, the Kidō Cannon is basically a high-intensity energy weapon powered by kidō in Bleach: Memories of Nobody. It consists of a crystalline focus point attached to the top of a massive pole, with several smaller crystal structures circling up towards the main one. It is powered by hundreds of shinigami working in concert, creating an energy blast capable of obliterating a small dimension. The blast forms into several animal shapes which roar just before contact. The power of the blast is such that, in addition to destroying its target, it also causes a small amount of damage to both the human world and Soul Society. Despite its power, it is not a reusable weapon, as it burns into a pile of scrap after being fired.
