No, not at all. I'm no Naruto fan, but Lucy isn't in any way stronger than Naruto.
First of all she is ridiculously slow- and she is still quite fragile. The only offensive thing she has are her vectors- which are basically just like invisible tentacles. And while they are very strong and sharp- they have limited range, and she can't do anything else.
Naruto has plenty of abilities that could take her down.
Sadly, I think she is. ^_^

Lucy'd be able to kill Naruto without any problem, but that's more an issue that Naruto doesn't have the right kind of attack for her. you need a ranged area-effect attack. Sasuke would destroy her with one Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu. Shikimaru would eventually figure out to lay a trap full of paperbombs. But you can't kill her at close range, and you can't kill her with individual ranged attacks, no matter how many of them or how many angles you fire them from. You need something like a clusterbomb or flamethrower to have any chance.
yes i have already finished watching all the episodes in 2 days...its damn bloody..
sad to say but she really is stronger than Naruto..if you dont believe, then see its first episode.(on youtube)...you'll realise why...but remember..its very bloody so if youre a sensitive person do NOT watch it

true that Lucy's vectors can only reach 2m or something but Naruto's a close range fighter & would definitely be stupid enough to get that close so Lucy would so totally pwn him!
