Question: i made one up when i was 8, a little grey cat called ziggy, i wrote comic strips & everything, i still draw him if i get a funny idea, altough admittedly as i have got older he has got up to some very adult stuff!!! i have a tattoo of him on my shoulder smoking a joint looking very chilled, & a few pictures in a scrap book that i wont go into, on a lighter note though, i have cleaned up his act recently so i can draw him for my six year old & her friends, they love him!!

But a retarded boy would be such a great cartoon character because you can make him do so much funny stuff and then he could be very successful however still be funny and crash cars and change history accidentally.
