What is this Old Cartoon Network Show?!

Question: This show was on in the mid 90s along with the original Johnny Quest, Tomcats, Godzilla to give you an idea of the time period.

There were 3-4 good guys and they were all different colors (yellow, blue, green maybe?) and they each respectively turned into human/machines that could fly swim and one other thing I forgot.
