i think it's humanly possible. just that you'd need a lot of implants to get it like that. also it would be hard to walk without feeling like they r gonna fall off. lol. i sorta wish mine were bigger but not like that though. that's a bit outta the limit for me.

Anyway, those are not impossible to find, they are just very rare. Go on google and search for "huge boobs" u will stumble across many, but only about 10% of those picture are naturally big the other are surgery.

I'm not a boob guy myself (legs) so I don't find it that appealing. I've seen boob jobs that big and it's not attractive. I've heard that they can get that big naturally, but they cause a lot of health problems.

Yes, it is possible to have natural breasts that big. One of my friends had 4.5 lbs cut out of each breast and still was a full C cup.
Big chests are annoying to have, because they cause a lot of pain.

It's not humanly possible you'd fall over from the weight. Plus I'm pretty sure they'd break your ribs if you attempted to run....painful.
