This is from the movie "The Adventures of? Mark Twain" or "Comet Quest", the scene you see here is from Mark Twains book: "No.44, The Mysterious Stranger", in which an angel named "Satan" visits sheltered childern and shows them the reality of the human race.
I don't know what it is, but man, IT LOOKS CREEPY!!! Why not ask the person who put it on youtube?
