it never shows when he returned but it shows that he came back at like the 394
well u see that was only to hold ulquiorra for a few hours not for all eternity. actually im not sure if they showed him coming out. ithink he just magically got out of it. cuz u dont see him until the 2nd to latest bleach manga chapter at 315 :D
