I've been searching for that too but all I found were discussions and petitions.
The latest update says wikipedia:
"Another project elaborating on Fate/stay night canon has been planned, but as is the case with Fate/Zero, Type-Moon itself will have little, if any, direct involvement"
I don't know what canon means.
If there's no sequel, let's hope for an OVA.
