Ive always been tempted to watch/read it, and those that do rave about it.
Yeah it's pretty good. I'd say it takes some getting used to but if you can get used to it then it's probably better than naruto and bleach which would explain how it sold more copies. I still don't like that guy with the long nose, usopp, but I dislike characters in naruto and bleach as well so I guess that's just how it goes.
Usopp and that pink haired kid in the first few episodes probably scare most people away, but that pink haired loser leaves and Usopp becomes more of a background character later. The series can be pretty awesome if you give it a chance.
I find it strangely satisfying when people threaten to cut off usopp's nose.
honestly, i liked the first few seasons but then it kinda started to bore me plus the voice overs got lame

All the differant powers are cool, and how people react together.
Most importantly it is comic and serious at the same time which makes a really good duo. They also egg people to watch by showing characters that are mysteries like Dragon.
I really like the story, and I watch it, but the art kinda bugs me.

The english version sucks though. The japanese version and the manga kick ***.
