Woot Goldenboy fan! So more adult "ecchi comedy?" Now that I think about it, only one Anime series comes close to Goldenboy.
Great Teacher Onizuka - has less comedy than GB but makes up with a little bit more story & "depth." Think of a comedy "feel good" series.

Almost all others are various forms of mindless Fan-service, or might not interest adults (kiddy storyline).

Heavy metal cartoon and pretty dark in places but I love it.
Try Tournament of the Gods, thats practically hentai.
A lot of anime have adult humour and perversion undertones, even mainstream stuff like ai yori ayoshi, chobits, Love Hina, Magikano and Kyou Kara Maoh!(the last one borders on shounen ai, very funny too)
edit- the other answerer just reminded me of GTO(sound cool? it stands for Great Teacher Onizuka)
