Question: is their any anime thets around shakespear`s time like around the 1800`s

examples:
romeo X juliet


Trinity Blood


The Good witch of the west

like when their was castles and horses i want to see one like that but i cant find one i would like it to have romance in it if not tell me of a good anime with alot of romance

not fruits basket or some ovious anime

LOL Romeo X Juliet is way before 1800's (think 1400-1500's Shakespearean times). And classic European castles (not decorative ones), are 800-1400s.

But if you want Historical Anime dating in the 1800s. You'll find a bunch of the Samurai drama's around the 1600s-1800s. Or if you just want the Medieval feel of Castles, Knights / Samurai, etc, here's some titles:

Castles and things of the ilk appear in Kyou Kara Maoh! though its not set in the past exactly.
Samurai Deeper Kyo and InuYasha are based in mythic feudal Japan.
Try Le Chavelier d'Eon for a genuine historical sortof anime. There are tons more, especially the Victorian settings but I can't remember.

PS- Shakespear wasn't from the 1800s.

Im pretty dam sure Trinity Blood, if it were real shiet thatn wouldn't be considered 1800s stuff.
