You do know that guilds are business connected, don't you? Guilds almost always involved specialized production, like button makers or bakers.Exactly what would a guild that calls itself "Bloody swords" manufacture? It sounds like you're looking to recruit careless swords makers.
Recruitment might go better if you actually explained what it is that you are attempting to recruit people into.
