yup definitely Goku...i mean the super saiyan is undefeatable!!...at fighting and eating....i sometimes wonder where does all the food go...o_0...dont you??!!
goku is the strongest anime character besides sakura. goku could destroy the planet using his kamehameha and then use instant transmission to kill everyone on the planet escapign unharmed
of course Goku, he could destroy the moon standing on Earth!! that's a lot of power he has to let out and go ALL THE WAY to the moon.

Goku hands down, he will take out the entire Konoha and the other nations, not even Pein or Itachi from Akatsuki could take Goku. Even normal Goku could take any ninja down. Goku is one the most powerful anime characters.
The fastest any Shinobi from Konoha could travel is Mach 1 (speed of sound). To Goku, that's standing still. He simply side steps and destroys. If it came down to it, Goku would blow up the villiage if need be.

tobi is immortal and goku........is not cuz he has died like 7 times
they can both teleport but tobi is better at it cuz he doesnt even have to do anything to do it.
I say goku because he can team up with vegeta and become SSJ4 Gogeta and really give Konoha Ninja's something to smile about.
