The planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and the nature of Pluto is now in debate. I don't believe Earth or Neptune are represented by any of the sailors. I'm sure there is no Sailor Uranus, or there would be dozens of jokes about her.

Only earth that doesn't have their sailor. But Tuxedo Mask once was the prince of the earth and finally fell in love with Serenity, the Princess of the moon (Usagi).
Note: since Pluto has been changed its category from planet of our universe become a dwarf planet, maybe now we can't consider Sailor Pluto as a planet's sailor. But I think it doesn't matter as long as the story is enjoyable!
I wonder why the main character is the sailor from moon? Moon is not a planet, but a satelite. So why don't there is Phobos and Dheimos? But they're used to Sailor Mars's cat. How about Ganymede, Io, Callisto and Europea? Titan? Charon? Or else.... but I think it's because moon is so beautiful from our earth. And I love moon too!
