Rocco's Modern Life (cartoon) on Nickelodeon in the mid 90's was similar. My kids at the time really didn't like it because they didn't 'get' it. I thought the cartoon was great and it is hard to explain to your kids/husband why you laugh at a cartoon. If your kids don't 'get' it, then don't worry about it. Good luck!
thongs don't have to be viewed as sexual content. some people whose minds aren't always 'stuck in the gutter' like yours.....dont think of that show as negatively as you do.

It's funny. It's well within the childrens show limit on sexual content. It's not aiming to hook kids on sex or anything it's just for laughs.
Oh and it's called bikini bottom because A.) bikini is for like the beach and stuff and b.) bottom because it's at the bottom of the ocean.
