Not in the anime. It got canned before they could finish the manga story line. The last Manga ends with their marrige and basically says 'happily ever after'.
I don't know about the anime, but for the manga I know it ended with them /trying/ to get married, but then Ranma ended up getting water dumped on him and the ceremony got interrupted. Though from that it's safe to assume that they did in the end marry. (Well, in my opinion.)
