Magic 8 Ball Will I Produce and create Comic Books of Superman's dog called !

Question: If it's strictly a fan publication for no profit, then sure, why not? It's free publicity for DC. Besides, I always liked the Krypto stories, even the awful ones about the Space Canine Patrol Agents. (Go ahead, look those up!)

Even DC knows there's no such thing as free publicity. They can, and if you get their attention, will sue you even if you don't make a single penny. And they'll win. It's copy-right, not profit-right. Report It

  • Yes, but then you'll be sued for copyright infringement and lose everything. You will end up selling nasty burritos at Taco Bell to pay off the settlement and no one will touch your work ever again out of fear of litigation.

    The Magic 8-Ball says...

    Outlook is not good

DC owns Krypto, they will produce the comics. Also, they made a ton of Krypto comics in the 1970s. They were awful.

Bearing in mind of the above answers - you will call it Krypto's son The Superdog instead.............
