i think Neji can or may go Rogue cause he is so Cold, he never smiles, and when he nearly killed Hinata she luck to be alive.....
or Kakashi he knows too much...

yes sasuke is a rogue ninja now just like his brother especially when sasuke put that scratch on his headband. i think neji will never be a rogue ninja he too worried about the hyuga clan and kakashi i think not. i thought naruto was gonna be a rogue ninja but he didn't because he trying to be hokage
you probably didnt watch naruto shippuden or the time when naruto beat neji
and saskue is not rougue he just went out of the village to kill his brother and he does suceed because he was trained by orochimaru and then when hes training is over he kills orochimaru
well i will say no one because every one was evil when they were 1st shown on naruto but then they have changed and now theyre good guys
