No, godzilla is A normal lizard, but france Was testing cemicals and dagerous things, and it Transformed The lizard. Didn't you watch "GODZILLA"? Godzilla, means -God lizard- or -Lizard god- get it....? So yes, godzilla is A mutated lizard. And godzilla is A male, but he got himself Pregnant. Ew... So he laid eggs, and they thought they destoryed ALL the eggs. But one was hidden, carefully. So it survived. Everyone human was afrid of being 2nd on the "The dominate species" list, godzilla's mutated kind being the 1st. So they killed him painfully. But one kid of his Lived on. Depends which Godzilla movie you are referring to. In "Godzilla vs King Ghidorah", Godzilla was a dinosaur that mutated due to radioactive exposure.. In "Godzilla, King of the Monsters" (the original movie), Godzilla was said to be an ancient god that would come from the sea periodically to terrorize the island in the area he lived. And in the Godzilla movie starring Matthew Broderick, Godzilla was a lizard that mutated due to the testing of atomic bombs.
Since he has radioactive breath, my opinion is that he is a dinosaur that mutated due to atomic bomb testing.
