I have a friend that works for Nick. He says Nick is keeping this show close to the vest as it apart of their summer lineup plans at this time
He says that there could be a commercial during the Nick Kid Choice Awards on March 29th announcing when new episodes will be released. And that it will probably be June when Nick release a new Friday line up including new episode of Spongebob followed by Diggs Tailwagger on June 6th and Random! Cartoons on June 13th rounding out with Avatar at 9:30pm.
avatar is laggin really bad. they havent release it anywhere else either. maybe it will come on after replaying book 3 several times

B:) the creators of avatar are working some pretty big projects right now. one of them is a live action movie set to be directed by m. night shalal...well you know who.
so in answer to your main question, it is speculated that new eps come out in late may-june sometime.
