Kyou Kara Maou OVA 4 hasn't been subbed yet, though it did come out about a month ago; and 5 should be out in a few days.
Im not sure when it will be subbed but go to this link, for possible info on when it might come out (it is the forum of the subbing group, and the Kyou Kara Maou project):

in the future, someone from the subbing group might explain why it has taken so long to get subbed and when it should be expected.
Also, supposedly there will be a season 3 of Kyou Kara Maou starting in april!! YAY! more wonderful-amazingness!

yes, it already came out a month or so ago but it still raw..... i have also just watched the first 3 ovas and is waiting very long for the subbed 4th and 5th to come out....
