I agree with you. Death Note has the best theme songs, but I prefer the second closing theme and the first two themes as opposed to the first two and the second opening.
I agree about the Death Note themes.
I also enjoyed the themes from Beck, S-Cry-Ed, the first season of Pokemon, and Yu Yu Hakusho.
That's all I can get off the top of my head.
