Funny you should ask. One Piece is currently on Hiatus, which means that you won't be finding any episodes of the dub until (we think) 2009. 4kids episodes of the anime are no longer on the internet because they sold the rights to One Piece to Funimation, but Funimation is waiting for 4kids' liscense to expire in Dec 2008. Until then, the dub will be on hold. Sorry, but you probably won't be able to find it, and if you do, it won't be legal! ;D
