This anime has more fighting than romance. Shakugan no Shana has a little complicated storyline and you need to remember couple of things in order to get the meaning of the anime. However, if you research a little bit, problems solve. Watch the first two episodes, then go here to check out the plot: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakugan_no... Other than the plot, it has really nice drawings and graphics, some romance, and as well as really nice musics, especially the first opening song. There are only 24 episodes for the first serie, but don't worry, the second season already has more than 20 episodes, and still makin' them! ^_^

I highly recommend you to watch Shakugan no Shana first, so yeah..... Start watching the first episode now!

SUMMARY:
Shakugan no Shana starts out with Yuji, who is a high-school boy and expects his normal life to last forever. However, until he met a first (evil) monster and a (good) girl hunter, his life changed forever. He contains a "prize" to the monster which has been looking for a long time, and if it gets a hand of it, it will cause great destruction to the world. The girl hunter, who later named Shana, had to protect Yuji. As the serie goes on, Yuji and Shana learned more about each other, and grows relationship with each other..... XD
