Noo Sai's older brother is not Kimimaru because wen Sai flashed back into the past his brother looked nothin like him...except for the white hair. And Kimimaru was always with Orochimaru..ever since he was little, so it can't be...but nice observation. :) Try goin to Naruto Shippuden Episode anywhere between 48-50. And compare Sai's bro to Kimimaru. Plus+ Kimimaru was not in ANBU. But i think Sai's brother was. Both died of a sickness but i guess two different illnesses.
The real theory on who Sai's brother is would be that his brother is Suigetsu, the person that took Zabuza's sword and the person thats fighting Kisami at the moment.
Though there isn't any "clear" proof of that, Sai's flashback and the Suigetsu we see today in the manga look exactly alike... more than Kimimari does.
Nah first he wasn't his real big brother he just called him so & he died from another disease not just like kimimaru & kimimaru was killed by Gaara.
Plus the guy doesn't look like Kimimaru at any rate
