ban any website that has naruto on it including youtube? do you not like Naruto or something...? fyi, youtube will never be banned. they can choose to ban naruto videos on youtube, though. that will never happen, however. viacom threatened to sue any video sites that had their company's show's videos (like avatar: the last airbender) or clips of it in videos, yet there are still so many sites where you can watch it.
BUT THERE IS GOOD NEWS, NARUTO FANS!
I'm pretty sure that the Japanese version will continue running as normal, with the english subtitles probably given out by dattebayo. Even if they don't continue, there is still the Naruto Manga!! You can always read that at onemanga.com or narutocentral.com!!

where did you get your information because if its true i want to see it because other people have said that too and ive looked and havent seen it anywhere besides if they cancelled it why dont they cancel sponge bob so kid died trying to find him in the ocean or how about south park another kid killed himself because he though he was like kenny and could come back to life.

After I watched the news about this, I was so incredibly irritated. I mean how can the news anchor be so biased about it? The reason is because they want to earn credit or to be shown as good people. Also, the boy is only 10 years old, of course he would be foolish to do that. However, you have to admit that his friends, maybe a lot older than him didn't stop him from doing it. I mean how stupid can they get?! Then the parents started bashing about how violent it is. I believe that Naruto can be violent, but I have seen worse things when I was younger. You wouldn't expect me to do any of that. If they didn't like their son to watch the show, because it's violent then why didn't the parents stop him. One more thing, only now that a tragedy happens that is where other parents just start complaining? Also, the kid and friends did it by themselves. No one told them, especially not Naruto to, "Oh! Go burry yourself in a sand box." No show would do that!!! I mean come on it's fantasy and fiction.
I asked my Health teacher about this matter, and he just laughed at it. I even said, " The child's parents are stupid, because they are the one who is with him everyday. Now they're the one saying a show can influence a child's brain." What if it's not the show that pushed the kid to commit that act, maybe he wanted attention from his family?
Everybody blames the show Naruto but think about it the show comes from Japan why is it that japanese kids don't die because of Naruto and all the other animes airing in Japan.That has nothing to do with violent shows it just reveals how "intelligent" american children are.

They shouldn't cancel the show (even if the dubs stink)!!! It's not Naruto's fault that some people are stupid enough to do things like that. People who believe that anime are real SHOULDN'T WATCH IT!!! But, it shouldn't be banned!!! Not everyone is stupid enough to kill themselves and some people can watch it without killing themselves....they might stop it on TV but it should not be banned!!! And if people think Naruto is violent and it kills people than just make their kids not watch it!!! Everyone shouldn't be punished. >:-(

Why the heck are they cancelling it?! It's not the show's fault that people killed themselves. A show can not make a choice for somebody, that person makes the choice for themselves. I hate it when people go and blame something that can't possibly do anything. They're just using it as a scapegoat so they don't get the blame. In both cases the kids killed themselves. Naruto did not make them do anything. If naruto was to make them do something then he would have come out of the TV himself told them to go and do that. (everyone who watches or reads naruto will know that he will never do that anyway!!!) If we ban naruto because of this, then you know what we might as well ban Pokemon, DBZ, Bleach, and every other anime or cartoon that has the slightest hints of violence on tv or in books. And if we do that then this world or country will only be left with Educational tv. Parents need to teach their kids better. Everything on tv and in books/mangas has a rating these days and they need to pay attention to that.

Well, there taking out the videos on Youtube because Youtube isn't licensed and doesn't have permission by the company of Naruto to post them there.
Also, the sites that have permission from the company like Narutocentral, AnimeSuki, Naru2 and so on will not be band because they have asked and are rewarded the permission to post episodes.

Bottom Line: People, they are not canceling the show, so stay calm!!!
Besides, hundreds and hundreds of people die by smoking, why not cancel smoking? Or lots of people get injured playing sports... why not cancel that? It's entertainment, life without entertainment whether its sports or anime is just dreadful!!
