1.) Ichigo vs Byakuya. I love Kuchiki Byakuya. His shikai and bankai are absolutely amazing. Sword fragments that look like shimming rose petals! How cool is that? And Ichigo's hollow mask totally blew my socks off.
2.) Kurotsuchi Mayuri vs Ishida Uryuu. (How did anyone forget this??) I thought it was one of the most emotional fights ever! Avenging his dead grandfather and announcing his "Quincy Pride" Ishida is so cool. (Maybe it has to do with him being voiced by the same person as Sasuke from Naruto...) I was amazed at how strong he became, and how he sacrificed his powers to avenge his grandfather!
3.) Ichigo vs Kenpachi. Also very very cool Kenpachi is so strong and cool, but so full of himself. He is one of my favorites. Plus, Ichigo's 'inner battle' left many many unanswered questions! Very curious about what was going to happen next!
4.) Ichigo vs Grand Fisher. Also another very emotional fight! Since no one else has mention a hollow fight (I think)...
The whole story about his mother and the hollow was very very sad. I liked Ichigo's determination to kill the hollow. Plus, having the scene in the rain at the cemetary also added to the emotion!
5.) Renji vs Byakuya. It was so cool when Renji first used his bankai! He tried so hard to fight Byakuya, but he just couldn't do it. It also showed Byakuya's bankai for the first time! I loved the part where Byakuya says something like "Why are you trying so hard to save her?" and Renji replies "Because I made a promise!" And then Byakuya says "A promise? With who" and then Renji and Ichigo (split screen) both scream at the same time "My soul!"
Very very cool. Other good fights were the first fight between Ichigo and Renji + Byakuya because Byakuya beat him so easily, and then Renji's second fight with Ichigo. Too many fights to just only choose 5!
I think Ichigo vs Byakuya was the best fight ! ^-^
