Well they wern't that bad,they were pretty good. Although I don't really want to spoil for you but those are all just fillers,and Naruto doesn't finad Sasuke again in the fillers.
Wait, I remember this, it was about the tracker bug, wasn't it? Yep, that was a filler, not important to the main story line at all.
Look, go here, http://veoh.com and you can see all the episodes that are out, without having to wait on toonami, although they're going to be in Japanese voices.....with english subtitles, of course.

Get over it. You're going to wait a looooooooooong time before they find Sauske. You see, in Japan, the anime actually caught up to the manga story, so to buy time, they created all these shitty filler episodes. They'll go through another 60 or 70 filler episodes that are irrelevant to the main plot, and about a dozen hair-brained schemes to find Sauske, until we finally get back on track. My suggestion is to stop watching, and pick back up about a year from now.

They weren't totally useless, They got in depth with Hinatas techniques.
But truthfully, all of these episodes while Naruto is young, are filler episodes, watch Shippuden on youtube, or if you cant just keep asking questions and I'll be happy to update you. ^_^
Sasuke is not found in the fillers, but Naruto does see him again in Shippuden, although he still doesn't bring him back. I'm much further ahead of both Shippuden and cartoon network but I still watch both faithfully. If you have any other questions ask away! ^_^

Um.. I hate to break it to you - but you have 8 ? months till Naruto Shippuden starts on Cartoon Network. I suggest you skip the fillers and watch Naruto Shippuden. Once you catch up with Naruto Shippuden, you can go back and watch the fillers.
As for how will they find Sasuke...

hehe...i know, it's a long process before they find Sasuke again. but it's totally worth the wait imo. i mean...shippuden series is wicked, even tho it takes a while to get to where they see Sasuke. you can find all the ep's on TailedFox too, so i'd say go for it...watch 'em all! :)
If you want to find out if they find sasuke watch naruto shippuden on youtube or read the magna on youtube. ( In the naruto shippuden episodes so far they find sasuke but fail to bring him back)

The plot is not supposed to go further through them. >.<
I must admit, I was pretty frustrated the first time I watched them, too.
